Yeah so I deleted this journal back in April and I reactivated it just to see if it'd work. I guess the 30 day thing isn't as final as it seems. Life is quite different for me now. Rion (pronounced like Ryan) was born in August. He's a really good baby. God really blessed us. Three kids is about as managable as I thought it would be. Not as hard as you would think but it does gets hairy sometimes. Rayden is doing great. He's running around all the time and is beginning to try some words out. Rashawn just talks up a storm now. He's so much fun. Mike is still in school. He should be done within a year though. We're getting excited about getting out on our own. This year was a rollercoaster for us. I've grown a lot spiritually but not near as much as I want to. I'm making progress but I want to be to the point where I talk to God throughout the whole day and lean on him for everything. By the way this journal is mainly for me now. It's open for anyone who wants to read it, but I'm not going to get wrapped up in who is or isn't. I'll still enjoy any comments people have of course. I've realized that I need to put all of my self worth in God. Glorifying God through relationships with other people is the whole reason for life, but we're only human and never perfect. God is the only thing constant that you can trully rely on to show you how loved you are. Please hear me, I love my family and friends and they are all wonderful people who fill my life with richness, but all fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) I am his child and as such I have more worth than I could ever imagine.

Apr. 12th, 2005 @ 10:37 pm come to my concert!!!!!!
I had a pretty good night. I went to OSC practice and found out we're performing O Fortuna from Carmina Burana. Sweet!!! And if that wasn't cool enough, in fall of 2006 we might be performing the whole thing with the Omaha Symphony. Awesome!

So Anyways, our concert is on April 30th if anybody wants tickets. It's at a cathedral in Omaha. It'll be an awesome concert cause it's called Choral Greats and we're performing really awesome music. Basically everything I love in one concert. So cool. So if you want to come I can get you a ticket. They're $15 but the chorus is totally worth it. Everyone is welcome so let me know if you want tickets! This concert isn't with the symphony though, the next one with them isn't til december. We're also singing Dies Irae from Mozart Requiem, O Magnum Mysterium, Anvil Chorus, Thanks be to God from Elijah, two different Sactus peices, and a bunch more. It's a seriously awesome concert not to mention the chorus rocks :)

I'm 20 wks now, we don't find out if the baby is a boy or girl until 28 wks. :( Oh well we'll be excited with either anyway. I need to go lie down now. My back is killin me from sitting up at practice.

I should be doing stuff right now. I will in a sec. After I eat. I've been up since 5:30 am. :( Rayden apparently thinks it's a good idea to wake up at 12:30am and 5:30am. We'll just have to fix that.

Anyways, I had my first practice with the Omaha Symphonic Chorus as an official member last night. It was pretty cool. We're singing a bunch of songs I know from all state. it's funny cause it took everyone auditioning of AS months to learn the music and last night everyone is pretty much sight reading it. Good stuff. There are a lot of really nice people there too. Now we just have to figure out what I'll be wearing for concerts since everyone wears the same thing and I'm now 17wks pregnant and showing quite a bit. I'm not too concerned cause my mom and I had figured out how to just add a maternity panel in some cute clothes when I was pregnant with Rashawn. We'll probably just do that again.

I should get going on the house and stuff. I want to take the boys outside since it's so nice and I have to have them ready to go to Grandpa T's by 3:15. We'll see if it works out.

Haven't updated in a long while. I went to the Steven Curtis Chapman concert in council bluffs last night with Melissa. It was awesome of course. I forgot how much I enjoyed christian concerts. Casting Crowns opened. My mom loves them and I now understand why. All of their songs have some seriously deep meaning to them. Lots of tear jerkers. I had a lot of fun with Melissa too. She's so easy to talk to since our lives are very similar. Okay maybe our lives aren't similar but we are :)

I'm really worried about my vocal coach. I called him 4 or 5 times this week and left 3 messages. The one I left yesterday I said I needed to know what time to come today. He never called me back so I didn't want to drive all the way out there and just have to drive back when he wasn't home. I figured he'd call me to see where I was after he saw that I was late. He never called though so now i'm worried. He's an older guy so I'm worried something might have happened. Hopefully he just went out of town and forgot to tell me.

Still haven't found out if I made the Omaha Symphonic Chorus yet. I'll probably find out Monday since they had practices tue, wed, and thur and then their performances are today tomorrow and sunday. We'll see. Mr Price said I have nothing to worry about. He knows Dr Zielke so I guess I should just listen to him but I'm still nervous. It would be so awesome to be able to sing with the Omaha Symphony all the time. I loved singing the Mozart Requiem with them in high school so this would be super exciting. Besides it would be getting me in a group of singers again which I miss a ton. They're really good too. I heard people trying out for some solos and every single one was an awesome singer. I got to practice with them for a couple weeks before I auditioned and it was a lot of fun. Melissa auditioned too. I really hope she makes it cause then I would have at least one person I already knew. Of course I'm sure I'll get to know people, it's just easier when you start off with a good friend.

The kids are doing great. Rayden is now walking and completely caught up developmentally. Except for the talking but that's not a huge concern yet since he is starting to babble a lot. We're really happy cause it doesn't seem like he has any developmental delays from the seizures. Woohoo! The ohysical therapist even said that he'll probably not even qualify for services anymore in april. Kinda sad, cause it's nice having them come every few weeks and work with him but it's awesome to think he doesn't even need it anymore.
Rashawn is talking a lot more too. He's starting to name things. Before he was just conversational talking. He'd say stuff like "are you okay?" when someone gets hurt and stuff like that. Now he calls things by their names and he counts to five. He's so cute. He even washes dishes and loads the dishwasher with me and my mom now.

I'm 15 1/2 weeks along in the pregnancy. We should find out what the baby is in about 5 or 6 weeks. We'll be happy with a boy or a girl. If it's a girl we're going to name her Rheya Anneliese, and if it's a boy we'll name him Rion Ax. I'm attatched to both names to I'll be excited either way. I'll be sad a little too because this is the last one and whichever one it is I'll never get to use the other name. But we're definitey done so I'll get over it I'm sure :)

Well I better go wake Rashawn up from his nap so he'll actually sleep tonight. Plus I have a TON of housework left to do.

Okay so I suppose I should update, I've been stalling a bit I guess. Just because I know what some people will probably be thinking about me when I do, but they already do, I can't change that, they don't know me well enough anyway so I don't care. So on with the updating!

About 3 days before christmas eve I found out I'm pregnant again. Yes that's right again. I'm due Aug 27th, I'm only 8wks at this point. And before you go assuming that my husband and I are just irresponsible or plain stupid, I'm going to put all the details behind a cut link if you don't want to hear about it then don't read it.

sometimes it happens even when you're careful )

Okay so now to the happy portion, we are very excited. It's a baby, being upset is pointless cause it's coming whether it's in your plans or not. Besides I love being a mom and it always felt like I should have one more. As for it being a girl or a boy we'll be excited with either. We always try to have names for both so we get attatched to the idea of having either. So anyways, everything is all good for us we are happy. Not to say it isn't kinda scary, three kids under 3 is pretty stressful but I'm having faith that God wouldn't give them all to me now if I couldn't handle it.

No it isn't a secret. That would just be silly and a bit strange. So tell whoever you want to. I would just appreciate if I didn't hear anyone saying negative stuff about us. Nobody likes to hear that kind of stuff. And I know that most people know me well enough so I don't have to worry about it, but there are those few and I would just rather be oblivious to their opinions. It isn't that I really care what everyone thinks of me, it's more of a "I don't need to hear that crap" kind of thing. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Okidoke so, Mike and I went to Kobe Steakhouse Tuesday for our 2nd anniversary. It was a blast. We met another couple there about the same age as us. They both go to UNO with Mike but he hadn't ever met them before. They were pretty cool. We talked awhile after the chef left. The other people at our table were pretty interesting too. The guy next to me was there with his mom for his 21st birthday. At first he ordered just ice water but I think his mom asked the waiter to him their special for 21st birthdays. Then she made him do a bunch of shots and stuff. I felt bad for him cause you could tell he didn't really want to drink right then. I don't think he liked it very much. It could have been that he was planning on drinking with his friends later and didn't want to over do it before hand, or he just was really fond of drinking. I dunno, I just felt bad for him. The last couple at the table were kinda oddballs i guess. The guy just seemed kinda like the suave hair slicked back kinda guy, who you look at and think "seriously?" the girl had some kind of  black liquid eyeshadow that covered her whole eyelid up to her eyebrows and it continued out past her eyebrow like the cleopatra look but way thicker. Then she had the wildly designed finger nails that were "how do you go to the bathroom" length. And there was no way that her hair was that long and perfect, had to be extensions. Yeah so that was a fun and interesting night. We enjoyed it.

You are a sock.

You are a cozy, fuzzy, warm-hearted person. A lot of your friends describe you as a hopeless romantic. You fall for the opposite sex very easily. But be careful, because usually you don't know what you are getting into, and because you are very sensitive, you can get hurt... especially in early relationships. Also, don't exclude the cold-hearted from your "want-list", because they just might be looking for a kind person to warm up their heart.... or a sock to warm up their feet.

Most compatible with: Toilet Paper.

Today is a very good day. I got to hang with Lindsandriles, literally I got to hang with Linds and Riles :) It was much fun. So nice talking to another girl in the same place in her life as me. Plus we've known eachother for forever. So yeah thanks for comin over Linds, I had fun, I'm gonna miss you sooooo much when you have to leave :( Silly army :)

I have found a really awesome gift for Mike that he has no idea what it is. I'm totally syked cause I always end up giving it to him early because he figures it out or something, but this time he WILL be surprised. I'm determined he will not know what it is until Christmas Eve. Especially since it is such a perfect gift for him. YAY!

Last night I went to see National Treasure with my bud Beckster (aka Becky :) ) Yeah so that movie rocks, I am soooo buying it when it comes out. It had everything: action, comedy, suspense, and just enough romance. I can't wait until the new Pauly Shore movie comes out. That guy is sooooo hilarious. One of my all time fav movies is BioDome. MINI TRIBAL!!!! Free the MAHE MAHE!! Ok I'm done :)There are so many good movies coming out, like Star Wars Episode 3, Phantom of the Opera, and a bunch of others I'm interested in seeing. I have a list going of board games, DVDs, and Disney DVDs that I want Mike and I to have in our "library" I figure I can slowly aquire all of them even if it takes a very long time.

Okay so I guess I'm done. Happy Holidays!

I really don't update much anymore. I should start up again.

Rayden is all healthy now. Well he has an ear infection but other than that he is seizure free, off the meds, and still doing great. He is a little behind developmentally but just in his gross motor skills. Intellectually he's right on top of things. He's catching up in his motors skills really quickly though. The Home Services team we have working with him is really encouraged, they don't get a lot of kids who progress so much. It's really exciting cause they'll teach us a new technique on how to get him to do certain things and the same night he'll do something completely new. They only come over once a week. It's basically just a service to teach us tricks on how to get him motivated and doing new things. It's been really awesome so far.

There's an Infantile Spasms support group meeting on Saturday, I was really looking forward to it but the College and Career Bible Study is having their Christmas party that same night so I think we'll go to that since it's a once a year thing and there will be another meeting sooner than that. It's cool to know that we have people to talk to about I.S. though. Shelley Gillen is really nice. Her stepson was pretty good friends with us in High school. It's his little brother who has the syndrome. I can't wait to get together with them but me and Mike really need a night out just to have fun together.

Rayden is SCREAMING right now cause we're doing the 5-10-15-20 min thing so he learns he needs to stay in bed at night. We lay him in his crib for 5 min then go check on him then for 10 min and go check on him then for 15 then for 20, after 20 you start all over again. He's been a little spoiled cause when he got sick he really needed all the attention he could get but now that he's better he realizes that all he has to do is whine and we'll pick him up so we're trying to despoilify him. We had to do the same thing with Rashawn and it worked really well, plus it isn't cruel at all, the most time they go without us in there with them is 20 min. It makes you feel really bad though cause they get so mad. It was a doctor who told us to do it when Rashawn was 11 months though so I know we aren't doing anything wrong. She's a pediatrician in our clinic. I just hate hearing him scream it tears your heart out but it's only for a couple nights and then they learn that they need to put themself back to sleep at night.

Mary Kay is going pretty well. I had a bunch of orders come to me without me doing any work, that was cool. I just made my first order for the quarter. It would be nice to make it to star this quarter, especially since the prizes are darn cute this time around. There's another pink ring I can earn, just for telling 6 people about the perks of MK. If anyone wants to help me out with it that'd be totally awesome. Just comment and I'll get in touch with you. It doesn't have to be someone local either. I can do it for someone in timbuktu if I wanted to :) Let me know, it would help me out TONS!! Plus if you want to order anything I'll give you 20% off for helping me out!!

I can't wait until finals week is over and Mike and I can finally spend some time together again. This semester was pretty hard for him because of the classes he had to take and it was so much harder after his grandma died. I know it's really hard for him. I wish I could make it better. I can pray though and that I will do. He's so awesome. I'm so lucky God chose me to be his wife. I love my hubby. He's great even when he's stressed to the max.

Okay so this is long enough, I'll give you guys a break :)
